Won't fix [17740] Mouse hover help icon in waypoint screen in FA moves whole text up

Current situation:
when you open any not opened waypoint/checkpoint and move with your mouse to help icon "?" in top right whole text on the bottom move up

Expected situation:
text should stay where it is

Reproduction Steps
1. open locked waypoint/checkpoint
2. move with your mouse cursor to help icon on top right
3. observe whole text moving up
