Fixed [17701] News Window glitch

Current situation:
If there are more then 1 new News, if you click on tab labelled as New it doesnt switch to that tab first time, you need to click on it second time, once the label New disappear it works normaly, happened yesterday and today

Expected situation:
It should switch to tab if i click on it

Reproduction Steps
1. Have 2 news in News Window
2. click on second News labelled as New
3. notice that it doesnt switch to that tab
4. click on it one more time to switch to it
5. once label New disappear it works normaly

I can confirm this. Happens each time you reload or (re-) login to the game. Once the news window was opened, the error does not occur.
