Completed province shows collected relics 8/8 on the world map on every province

Expected situation:
Completed provinces should not show 8/8 relics collected on every province

Reproduction Steps
1. Check world map

+ sometimes it shows difficulty on provinces which were already finished (color)
+ sometimes when you drag map on the sign of province finished and move around it shows difficulty on that province (color)
