Fixed [17124] Missing overnight KP with active Inspiring Meditation

Current situation:
With Inspiring Mediation being active, I reduce my KP to a minimum and estimate when I am back online, so I get most out of my KP bar and the meditation spell. For some reason that does not work overnight. I don't get all KP for all the time/hours I am offline.

Expected situation:
I expect(ed) to get around 10 KP in both of the screenshots taken this and yesterday morning. So in both cases I reduced my KP bar to hold 8 or 9 KP and then went sleeping for about 10 hours. Unfortunately I only see 12 KP in my KP bar instead of 18 or 19.

Reproduction Steps
1. Activate Inspiring Meditation Spell
2. Reduce your KP to an amount below 10 KP (cause there still seems to be the same bug with that jump form 10 to 10 to 10 and then perhaps to 11 KP)
3. Wait for some hours
4. Check the KP given and the KP expected
