Fixed [17066] Mobile - Different sorting of active builders

Current situation:
The acitve builders are sorted differently in the APP and in the browser version. The browser sorts time to finish a building ascending from left to right (like shown in the desktop screenshot). The APP sorts descending from left to right.

Expected situation:
APP and browser version should behave and look the same (where/if possible). In the APP, the sorting should also be left to right (time ascending).

Reproduction steps:
1. Start at least upgrading or building two buildings
2. Open the builder's hut with both the APP and the browser version

Well, I can't start the APP. But you say, this is not a bug.
