Yup, I can confirm this. I have the same happening in my main hall.

this looks similar to old bug we had with AWs and this type of tooltips
i just want to add that you cant mouse-over on regular goods icon (overview tab in MH, negotiation tab in provinces/tournaments, upgrading tab for any building) before mouse-over relics icons because then it will show tooltip of that particular goods, if you mouse-over mana icon, then it will show mana tooltip over any relics

It's giving incorrect info now, ??? have been replaced but info is wrong, I reported the ? error days ago on US2 server.

Still not showing correctly for me either. Though not on any live world at the moment. But on Beta all I see is "???".
