Current situation:
Tournament province shows as finished, but you can fight or negotiate anyway.

Expected situation:
It should show properly

Reproduction Steps
1. Do 1 round in tournament, more provinces the better
2. Wait 15 hours 55 minutes
3. Enter world map
4. Enter first available province, from map or from tent
5. Fight or negotiate it
6. Dont enter city meanwhile
7. Make sure that another province become available while on world map or in a province
8. There is a chance a province will show as finished yet you can do fights/negotiate it

We can confirm this. Thank you for your report.

I would just add in your last step that encounters are grayish with 'finished green checker'. When you enter those encounters you can fight/negotiate and solve them. When returning back to province all encounters still look like they are finished. Even if you leave that province and come back again, they will still look like finished. Those encounters you've already solved wont be available (clicking on them doesn't do anything).

It looks like game sometimes forgets to change encounter icons from 'finished' to 'available' after 16h cool down period.
