Cannot reproduce [13269] Graphical glitch with portraits in main storyline chapter 10

Quest title: After quest when you are asked to research A Library and ... a Broomstick? (chapter 10)

Current situation:
After finishing that quest a Big red dragon portrait shows on the screen for a second and then he is replaced with blue female elf portrait.


Expected situation:
It shoud be clear for the game which portraits to show in which order


Reproduction Steps
1. Have campus level 4 (my case)
2. Have 12 faculties (4+4+4) level4 (my case)
3. Get a quest to research A Library and ... a Broomstick?
4. Finish quest
5. At reward window first reg dragon portrait shows, then female elf shows

You have to look very carefully but indeed first the dragon shows for a split second before the right questgiver appears

with low internet connection and low end pc it was actually longer then a second

similar glitch happened for me again after main story quest - upgrade 20 residences to lvl24+
another similar glitch is after main quest - have main hall on lvl24+
another similar glitch is after main quest - research scrolls manufactory

This issue is no longer reproducable. Should it happen again, please let us know

this similar bug appears now with halloween questline event, there is animation of 1 character and when it ends, whole character change to different one
