Cannot reproduce [13110] Stream error when selling a building not connected to street

Current situation:
When I sell a residence not connected to a street, I have a popup "Stream Error. Could not process request..."

Expected situation:
There should not be this error, the building should be sold without error.

Reproduction Steps
1. Have a building that is not connected to a street
2. Sell this building
3. Confirm with button "Sell Building"
