Fixed [13101] Stream error after doing 2 pages of Tournaments

Current situation:
After completing 2 pages of Tournaments opening the Tournament dialog generates a stream error.

Expected situation:
The Tournament dialog should open.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Complete 2 pages of Tournaments
2. Open the Tournament dialog

I can confirm this issue, after 15 provinces done. you will get a stream error.
After that you cannot access the tent anymore, again stream error. When you will try to open the 16th province manually, you will again get the stream error. However you will be able to do the 2 star fights when your cooldown wears off.

The devs are allready aware of this and this will be fixed asap, perhaps allready in todays daily update.
