* mention issue in visited city

* reload game

* close game

* clear browser cache

* restart game

* visit city again >> mention issue

* close game

* change browser to Firefox

* clear browser cache

* visit city again >> mention issue

Thanks Brummbaer - confirmed

Additionally, if you have 2 Woodelves Habitats, one with help and one not, once you click on the helped one, the information in the one without help will display correctly.

This issue is not limited to mana information nor to Woodelves Habitat. Any cultural building is affected, including the ones which are not available for neighbour help; and besides mana, the culture information is also missing. If the building also gives population, that information is not affected and still shown.
