Current situation:
Quest Our Taxes does not update properly

Expected situation:
It should update as intended

Reproduction Steps :
1. Get quest Our Taxes
2. Wait for 3h workshop production (screenshot 15)
3. Collect 2 times 3h production from workshops
4. Quit game
5. Log in to the game
6. Clik on quest Our Taxes (screenshot 16)
7. It does not show collected supplies
8. Close window
9. Open quest Our Taxes (screenshot 17)

We can now reproduce this issue using the following steps:

Steps:
1 have quest 'Our Taxes' (may work with other quests too)
2 Collect 1x Advanced Tools
3 Observe: the progress bar shows 1/2
4 Refresh (alternatively log out and back in)
5 Observe: the progress bar now shows 0/2
6 Refresh again: the bar once again shows 1/2

The bar is loading the progress too slow, has been like that since the flurry event.
Had this serveral times, the progress will be shown after a while without refreshing the whole game, usually I collect some coins inbetween and the bar for the advanced tools is back to the real progress
