Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
Upgrading Heroes' Forge from level 4 -> level 5 (level 5 -> level 6) makes Barracks idle with "zzz" while training Treants.
Expected situation:
Barracks should works regardless of building upgrades.
Reproduction Steps :
1. Start upgrading Heroes Forge from level 4-> level 5 (level 5 -> level 6)
2. Before upgrade finish, fill Barracks queue with Treants
3. Wait till Heroes Forge finish upgrading
4. Barracks shows as idle after upgrade finish
5. Reload fix this.
Side note, in both cases i was in different windows in Firefox browsing Web, just in case it matter.
Also try similar scenarios like Needles of the Tempest and train archers in barracks if its that bonus which actually makes this bug (Needles of the Tempest and Dryad from Training Grounds, Heroes Forge and Orc Warrior from Training Grounds) and so on...
Also try training different units if it is the case of bonus
