Relic cost in the information window of spells of the magic academy is displayed incorrectly. It show ? 0 ? 0 then the relic cost.

The ? 0 Should definitely not be there.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Click on the magic academy
2. In either the tab "produce" or "spell" click on the blue "i"
3. Notice how the relic cost display ? 0 ? 0 followed by the actual relic cost.
