Fixed [12672] Blimps doesnt match each other while upgrading residences

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Quest title: none

Current situation:
When you upgrade residence the blimp from building shows different population gain then blimp under top bar

Expected situation:
Should be same population gain in both blimps

Reproduction Steps :
1. Upgrade residence
2. Check both blimps

Thanks for your report Dony! We've investigated this and found what's happening is that the blimp that rises from the building reflects the total population the building gives, whereas the + that is added to the population is the additional population from just the latest level of the building

So for example:

Upgrading level 1 residence to level 2 will show +35 rising from the building (the total population provided by a level 2 residence)
whereas the blimp at the top will show +4 (being the additional population gained from upgrading level 1 to level 2)

We'll check this one with our Game Designers to see what the intended behaviour is here, and then reply further in this thread when we have more information :)

This is in fact a bug, and will be forwarded to our development team for fixing :)
The blimps should show the just the amount of newly gained population from the latest level, not the total population for all levels.
