Fixed [12643] Available resources do not update after placing an offer

1) Have a certain amount of a certain resource, for example 30'000 Crystal
2) Open the Trader tab for creating a new offer
3) Notice the amount of Crystal that is shown on that tab
4) Create a new offer, for example 1000 Crystal for 1000 Silk
5) The amount of crystal you have still shows as 30'000 when it should be 29'000. You need to close the trader and open it again for the correct amount to show

Expected situation: Available Crystal should update immediately and show the new amount (the way it did until now), to avoid confusing the players about how many of each resource they have left.

Same here. No time to post all the stuff you want, but I have to close the trader and reopen it for my resources to read correctly after putting up a trade.

It happens if you take a trade someone else has posted, too.

It also happens when trading with the wholesaler.

Though, if you close and reopen the trader dialog, your stock is correctly refreshed.
