Fixed [12501] Cancelling AW upgrade lost all KP!

I have a level 6 martial monastery that I was upgrading. I cancelled the upgrade, got my relics back and that is normal. What isn't normal is that I lost ALL the kp donated to it!! How? What? 500kp lost just for cancelling an upgrade? I wasn't deleting the wonder, sure, if you do that you lose your resources, this was just an upgrade cancel.

What should happen? If I cancel an upgrade I should get my resources back.

I have cancelled many an ancient wonder upgrade in the past and never have I lost all the KP!! This can't possibly be right.
