Fixed [12012] Halloween quest #4 & #16

The reward for Halloween quest #4 is 1 Rune. However the reward screen doesn't show you which rune you got, it only shows an empty reward screen (sorry, forgot the make a screenshot).

Can you check quest 16 too? That should give 2 rune shards, but the screen was empty as well and I coulnd't see if I got something and what it was.

We can confirm that this is also happening with quest #16 in the Halloween event, and will make sure that is forwarded too
