Duplicate [11223] Game hangs at 00:00 when solstice daily quest renews

Current situation:
Happened the same yesterday.
Daily quest timer went down to zero. Than it took some seconds until the new Quest was loaded. It got a green arrow directly, cause I fulfill 200 provinces ... than the game stuck.
"Stuck": No actions, no chat possible. No info about connection lost or alike. Not a "crash", but no further actions possible without a reload.

Other fact: Solstice Daily Quest icon changes, but is not clickable, until you do a reload.

Other fact 2: Database actions that are Solstice quest related take significantly longer than other actions.

Expected situation:
Game should not "hang" or get stuck on day change / solstice daily quest renewal.

The game hangs EACH MIDNIGHT, since the beginning of the solstice quest.

Screenshot from last night : I added 5 KP to the ancient wonder right after midnight, but KP were not added, cause game hangs.

Had another screenshot, but deleted it by error, trying to load membership information, which did not work also (exactly nothing works, without doing a reload after midnight))
