Fixed [10329] Helping Avatar does not (always) show up

Reproducibility: 5/5 = guess, happens always

Current situation:
1. Avatars are not shown.
2. Or they are only shown AFTER you have opened the notification window/messages.
3. Receiving help from several members just shows some avatars, not all (eg. 2 of 6)
4. Avatars over Builders are never (edit: sometimes) shown

Screenshots (from 9+10. June): Avatar over the builders is not shown at all.

5. I bet there is an additional bug/error at the builders, where it is possible to help at least two times (3 times in my case).

Suggestion: Besides, the avatars are hard to recognize - you really have to look for them.


Expected situation:

Avatar should always show up (instantly, best of all more "attractive").

I like the new system of avatars over buildings they have helped but I too have found that they do not always appear.

I can confirm this issue. (tested on v1.8.3-(65d9177) (2016-06-09 11:56))

Following cases exists (there are way more than those 5 cases, for example being offline):

First case: Player 1 has his city overview open and the culture building (Giant Snail Palace) get neighborly help
1. Player 2: Do neighborly help on a culture bulding for example on Giant Snail Palace
2. Player 1: See notications are 1 but you don't see any help icon nor avatar
3. Player 1: Open notifications
4. Player 1: close notifications
5. Player 1: Observe still no help icon nor avatar is seeable
6. Player 1: Reload game
7. Player 1: Observe help icon is shown (but no avatar)

Second case: Player 1 has his city overview open and the builders' hut get neighborly help
1. Player 2: Do neigborly help on builders' hut
2. Player 1: See notications are 1 but you don't see any help icon nor avatar
3. Player 1: Open notifications
4. Player 1: close notifications
5. Player 1: Observe avatar is shown

Third case: Player 1 has his city overview open and the builders' hut get neighborly help for a second time
1. Player 2: Do neigborly help on builders' hut
2. Player 1: See notications are 1 and the help icon is shown
3. Player 1: Open notifications
4. Player 1: close notifications
5. Player 1: Observe help icon is shown (but no avatar)

fourth case: Player 1 is on the worldmap and the builder's hut (without help earlier) get neighborly help
1. Player 2: Do neigborly help on builders' hut
2. Player 1: Go back to your own city
3. Player 1: Observe no help icon is shown
4. Player 1: Reload game
5. Player 1: Observe help icon is shown (but no avatar)

fifth case: Player 1 is on worldmap and the culture bulding (Giant Snail Palace) get neighborly help
1. Player 2: Do neighborly help on a culture bulding for example on Giant Snail Palace
2. Player 2: Go back to your own city
3. Player 1: Observe no help icon is shown
4. Player 1: Reload game
5. Player 1: Observe avatar is shown
