Fixed [34638] Game is not loading properly

I can't get passed this screen. Top one shows onscreen, bottom one is when scrolling down.
I have no clue why, because NL1 world (everything the same) works fine.
PC antec - windows 10 - chrome last version

Was just about to post this. Can confirm that this happens, in both Chrome and Firefox, so it's not a browser issue.
I use windows 7, so not a windows issue either.
EN and US servers are fine, it's beta that's the problem. As soon as you visit beta.elvenar.com or zz.elvenar.com, you get that screen.

my screen is the same as shots from above.... currently using chrome. mobile app is still working

It is under chrome but it does not work on chrome, firefox even IE, it seems a network/security/server problems.
