I do have names at every chapter in research tree tho
fill all required info for bug report so they can investigate

NO ! it was not always like that ... Before there were names ... there, what you show me are the coats of arms ...

Confirmed. The names are missing on certain flags.

1. Open the research tree.
2. Scan through the chapters.
3. Notice the name of the chapter is missing on Fairies, Woodelves, Halflings, Constructs, and Embassies.

Yes they went missing on ALL servers. Live too.
Went missing after wonders update.
