Fixed [25847] No more RR spells in tournament rewards?

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
No RR spells in tournament reward chests

Expected situation:
RR spells in tournament reward chest or at least announcement about where they gone.


Reproduction Steps:
1. Open tournament results window
2. Observe chests

They always change it and the announcement about it comes half a day later so i would assume its intende. Let's see what they have in store for us.

and some ppl thought that 5 RRS per week is a lot, now we get 1 BP and 1 RRS and we are back on first iteration with 11 RRS total with conversion

but if we are given a blueprint exchange for RR 1: 10, it turns out that in the tournament we take 11 RR, if 10 chests

they could add 3rd spell which could function similar to BP but usable on event buildings only with 1 spell per 1 building
