Fixed [24688] Tooltip stays in city even after you place building

Current situation:
Tooltip stays in the city even after you place building

Expected situation:
no tooltip on the screen after building is placed

Reproduction steps:
0. visit any city
0.1 return to your city
1. open building menu
2. build any building
3. observe that tooltip of building you just placed in your city is still on the screen

even Close window tooltips appears
tooltip disappear after you mouse over HUD items

Same here, Firefox.
I found it very annoying, especially when I was building 30+ buildings for winter event.

Thanks for the report Dony. Confirmed now. No need to visit a city though. Opening tech tree or world map is enough.

Reproduction steps:
1.
Open tech tree or world map
2. Return to your city
3. open building menu
4. Click to build any building
5. wait a short while and observe that tooltip of that building appears on the screen
6. Click on an available spot and build the building
7. observe that the tooltip still remains
8. Hover your mouse over the top, bottom or quest menu
9. observe that the tooltip disappears

Here it shows up even before you place the building and often covering the place where you are trying to place it. Really annoying.

an info you may have missed : it's possible to remove the tooltip by moving the mouse to the top of it
