Fixed [22180] [Mobile] Tournaments on Mobile only starts on first world

Current situation:
__ waiting for tournaments on app (as in live server)
__no tournaments on app
__aren't tournaments working on app for beta1?


Expected situation:
__open app
__do tournaments

Reproduction Steps
1. __open app
2. __waiting to see tournament's announcement
3. __nothing appeare
4. __go to world's map
5. __nothing happens

Probably it just did't start in time without reload. At least it working on beta for me now.

edit: yeah, you're right, now it works for me too

Worked on Beta first try. Worked on the first live city that I opened first try. On my second live city, I logged out and in twice. I had to remove the app from memory before I could play the tourney there.

I can confirm the tournament only start in the first world you open. You have to close the application completely and restart it, if you also want to start it on a second world.

reproduction steps.
1 log in game in app once tournament started
2 get the notification: an event has started! (which is wrongly labelled btw)
3 go to world map and see you can do tournament there
4 log out the game
5 log in on another world
6 notice you dont get popup here saying an event has started. Go to world map and notice you cant do tournament.

workaround:
7 close your application completely
8 restart game and log in again, now you will get the popup
