Fixed [22329] Ranking available without moving mouse on ranking

Curent situation:

We dont have to mouseover the ranking(number) under our avatar to see ranking, we can stop mouse in like 2cm on the right of ranking

Expect:

We should be able to see ranking only when we mouse over Our/someone ranking

Repro steps:

1) Login in.
2) place mouse in like 2cm on right next to ranking (marked with red cicrcle on screen)

small update to reproduction steps:
after You log in You have to visit any neighbour, cause in other case ranking working properly
