Fixed [21871] Wrong order Settlement Resources Sorcerers & Dragons chapter on mobile

The Settlement Resources for the Sorcerers & Dragons chapter is completely mixed up on mobile:

Necromancers & Arcanologists should at least be together with Alchemists.

Also, it doesn't fit on the screen. Screenshot is from my PC, 1920x1080, have no idea what resolution is inside BlueStacks.

This is the order I expect it to be, the same as in the browser version of the game:

Settlement resources look mixed up in Haflings chapter and Woodelves chapter, too. I think that all chapters in app have mixed order of settlement resources.

Fairies settlement resources also appears to be in wrong order.
