Current situation:
I have completed 467 provinces and I should already have a new province expansion.
“Required for next expansion” is 0 but “Placeable Expansion” is also 0.

This is indeed normal. The current max amount of province expansions is 60.
In the future more might be added but that is even for me unclear.
Marindor allready explained in the elemental feedback thread that there are no extra province expansions coming in the elemental chapter. Fingers crossed that they will add some in the chapter after that
