1. output of units is incredubly low, it would take 20 days to collect enough units for 1st encounter in spire for my beta city
2. disparity between human and elf mage units can not be even comparable from the moon, why making this imbalance? should be banshee or blossom mage
3. i think its about time that this kind of buildings start scale with city progress, all other resources do why not buildings producing units? make them finally scale with researched squad size, even spire scale with city progress

Problems with evolving buildings in my opinion:
1. Can't teleport back to inventory, must delete building which you worked for whole event.
2. Doesn't give city any ranking points unlike magic residence + manufactory combo, ranking focused players are skipping all of them other than Fire Phoenix or Brown/Polar bears (at least on our servers)
3. Goods and units ammounts are so low that you must collect for almost a month for 1 spire fight in some cases as you said
4. For higher chapters they are detrimental to the city's growth compared to magic residence+manufactory combo, especially if you conserve space

They are basically only good for players who log in to the game 1-2 times per day and they don't have time for 3h productions.

From Chapter 16 perspective the grand prize is a loser. More mana is nice but the rest of the stuff is far from exciting.
As others have said, Sorceresses are crap in late chapters. If a battle is easy enough I will burn some on it, otherwise I use the banshees or blossoms if i need to win. I certainly don't need more of them, get plenty from Flying Academy.
T3+2, if I need more I can trade for it.
Supplies - more food for the wholesaler. Even after cutting down the number of workshops I still produce an excess that is only useful during events.
Population - my Father Tree of Candy Canes at 6k for a 3x3 is way better.

But I think the developers are trying to put together buildings that appeal to players. I really think so. But late chapter players just aren't getting much these days. My focus in events now is grabbing as many of the troops instants as possible and mostly hoping that I don't win the daily prizes.

Since this is Beta, I do not try and hold onto the event currency for possible future daily prizes, for the most part, so I have already completed three grand prizes. On completing the third one, I realized something different with this event from all previous ones with this grand prize format. In previous events, if you were at 19 of 20 for a grand prize, for example, and you have a chest that gives 3 event currency, 1 completes the prize and 2 go to the next 20. But in this event, each grand prize has finished with exactly 20 for me. So far, none of the three offered a location on the map that would give me enough to go over 20. Here is my third grand prize when I was at 19 of 20. I was only offered three low-cost locations that are worth 1 each, so no matter which I chose, it would total exactly 20 for the grand prize:

The first two grand prizes, since they were not at 19 of 20, offered me the usual range from low cost to high, so I did not realize the change until this one. If I am wrong on this, then this was a very weird coincidence to happen three prizes in a row. Can others watch theirs and confirm or deny this?
Could you explain this to a very SLOW learner?

ok i understand... the LEFTOVER $$ should go over to the next one.. like on the last Event if I used a 3 but only needed 2 the extra 1 went back to the starting line...

Right. If you only need one or two more points for the 20 to get the grand prize, you will not see any chests/locations that give three or more. There is no overflow to the next grand prize in this event.

I have updated my event chest strategy calculators for Sorcerers' Pilgrimage event (July 2020). The chest setup is quite different this time around, a lot of reshuffling happened there. Given the same amount of event currency as in the previous event, and using the best chest strategies for each, you can expect to get a little bit more grand prizes, a little bit more daily prizes, and less of combined AWKP+KP.
  • Manual Event Chest Strategy calculator
    • Here you define your own Elvenar event chest-opening strategy manually (i.e. you specify priorities for chests), and this calculator can tell you what are the expected outcomes of this strategy for all the rewards.
  • Optimal Event Chest Strategy calculator
    • But why would you want to figure out a strategy by yourself? Ultimately, you just want to focus on particular rewards, and this calculator can figure out an appropriate Elvenar event chest-opening strategy specific for the rewards you are targeting. And yes, you can target more than one reward!
In other news, (formerly purple) chest that used to suck for both GP and DP equally bad, is now half price and is not even the most expensive anymore. It is now also the best chest for dailies as it is still 30% chance of hitting it, except it will now cost only 83. I fully expect it to be nerfed ASAP ;)

That is not true, every building which gives pop/cul gives ranking points, in case of this buildings its passive rankings (stored) without them you wouldnt be able to build buildings which give active rankings (when built), thats why building like Union Tower is great for spenders it gives them minimum of 25k ranking points passively.
To say it differently if you didnt had any culture building in your town, you wouldnt be able to build magic buildings

Quest 38. Gain 12 Relics also Produce Supplies to retool your craftsmen and workers
Quest 39. Spend 12 Knowledge Points also Produce fresh Supplies for the loal food market

Bit repetitive with the supplies after supplies quests

Are you sure to update the % and the gain of event currency by chest ?
I am pretty sure I did. Have you? ;) Also, some secondary currency payouts have changed (e.g. was only 1x chest for 2 before, now there are 3x).

Be carefull at each event, more nerfs ... this times the GP: 25 squads -> 10 squads be carefull !

Not a nerf. They have created several different troop instants, each with a different name to match the number of squads you get. We have seen one that gives 5 squads, one now that gives 10 squads, and the one that gives 25 squads. They may even introduce ones for 15 or 20 squads in future events. And not everything has to be available to win in every event.

It's a nerf in comparison with previous event, which offered 25 as the same daily prize.
And the next event may have only the ones worth 5 squads. Or it might have one worth 30 squads. Something is not a nerf unless it is a permanent negative change.
