Not a Bug Wishing Well without production and without street shows sign of not being able to produce

Current situation: Wishing Well, which doesn't produce anymore after the 100 days but can receive neighbourly help since update 1.58 doesn't need a street connection anymore. Neighbourly Help works without street connection. But if you remove the street connection from the Wishing Well it shows the sign of not being able to produce:

Expected situation:
The Wishing Well, which doesn't produce anymore after 100 days should be able to be placed without street connection and not showing the sign of not being able to produce.

We have noticed this as well and double checked it, but this behaviour is intended and won't be changed. The Wishing well needs a street connection per configuration. If it is expired it loses it's production but it is still a wishing well and therefore (codewise) the same kind of building as before. Especially with the upcoming feature to upgrade these buildings, it would be difficult to change that so it will stay as it is
